A Seeming Diversity: Sophie Cummings in conversation with Janet Boulton

Thursday, 14 December | 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm

| £8

Join Janet Boulton and Sophie Cummings for a revealing “in conversation”, alongside Boulton’s exhibition at Swindon Museum and Art Gallery.  Boulton was born in Swindon and taught here for many years, meanwhile becoming internationally known for her watercolours and paper relief works.  After holding a show in the gallery forty years ago, we welcome her back for a wonderful exhibition of watercolours inspired by music, still life and gardens. This is a unique opportunity to see the artist in conversation with the gallery’s curator, and watch an exclusive excerpt from Boulton’s film, ‘An Introduction to Working with Watercolour’.

Doors open at 7pm.  Tickets available online at http://www.wegottickets.com/event/407057 and SMAG on 01793 466556.

Tickets: £6 Friends of SMAG, £8 non-Friends

Limited number of tickets are available so pre-booking is advised.
